UG Lubricants operates as a full-cycle production facility — both blending and packaging take place under one roof.

The blending section includes 5 reactors with a total capacity of 43.5 m³ (commissioned in 2018), operating at temperatures up to 150 °C. We produce up to 65 tons of product per day, including engine, transmission, hydraulic, gear oils, ATF, and specialty formulations. The Ukraine-manufactured equipment complies with international standards and ensures consistent product quality.

The packaging section (launched in 2023) features two fully automatic lines (Germany / Turkey) designed to operate under any temperature conditions. We package from 1 to 30 liters, covering all sales channels — from retail to industrial supply. Daily capacity ranges from 15 to 100 tons. High precision and minimal loss are ensured by strict quality control.

The combination of high-temperature blending with cold-filling capabilities allows us to rapidly launch new products, adapt to demand, and guarantee consistent quality in every drop of UG Lubricants.

The UG Lubricants grease production unit combines advanced technology with high thermal stability. Launched in 2023, it was designed to meet international market demands and is equipped with machinery from the UK, Turkey, and Ukraine.
The facility produces a wide range of lubricating greases:
• lithium-based
• calcium-based
• sodium-based
• complex and blended formulations
With a production capacity of up to 200 tons per month and operating temperatures reaching 300 °C, the system delivers products with excellent thermal resistance and operational reliability.
Packaging options range from 180 kg to 0.4 kg, allowing us to flexibly meet the needs of both industrial clients and retail customers. The 400 kW power module deserves special attention, as it ensures uninterrupted and stable operation even under high loads.
This is more than just a workshop — it’s a strategically important link in our operations, enabling the production of greases that meet the demanding needs of industries such as machinery, metallurgy, and agriculture.

The UG Lubricants laboratory is more than just a quality control facility — it’s a fully equipped scientific and technical center where new products are created and existing formulas are improved.

Certified to ISO 17025, the lab performs testing to ASTM, DIN, GOST, and DSTU standards. It operates with over 50 test methods and 20+ pieces of equipment from European and Asian suppliers.

A key advantage is the presence of pilot-scale production systems, mirroring our full-scale operations. This enables us to:

• develop new oil formulations
• run trial blending batches
• prepare products for industrial-scale production

The lab also takes part in IIS international interlaboratory testing (Netherlands), confirming a high level of precision and independent verification.
